Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and both parties' confidentiality obligations continue.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reddy Book from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Client's breach of these Terms or service agreements
• Client's violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Infringement of third-party rights by client-provided content
• Misuse of our services or unauthorized modifications

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Delhi.

Any disputes will be resolved through the following process:
